Introduction
The Job Retention Scheme (JRS) was first announced by the government on 20 March 2020. Since that date the JRS has been used by an estimated 70% of employers. Originally, the government planned to end the JRS on 31 October 2020 and replace it with the Job Support Scheme.
This did not happen, and the JRS was extended - first to the end of March 2021, and subsequently to the end of April 2021.
This webinar explains the changes, and then considers what other matters employers should be considering.
