Introduction
This webinar will take a comprehensive look at the impact of the Electronic Communications Code on landlords.
It will begin by considering asking what the purpose of the Code is and what rights are conferred under the Code. It will then consider upgrading and sharing apparatus, formalities including the identity of the occupier; third parties and registration; chattels and the scope of agreement terms.
The webinar will also consider the financial matters including the contentious issues of consideration, valuation and compensation as well as the interaction between the code and the 54 Act.
Finally, consideration will be given to notices to terminate and vary and removal of apparatus.
