Taxation of Offshore Pensions - Principles & Planning Opportunities
Introduction
The taxation of UK registered pensions is confusing enough, as they occupy their own space in our taxation code, but for offshore pensions the position is even more confusing - some of them are taxed in broadly the same way as registered pensions, whereas others are taxed in accordance with a hotch-potch of statutory provisions.
This live and interactive virtual course will seek to unravel some of the mysteries of offshore pensions, taxation principles and some common tips and traps.
Please note that this session will not cover UK registered pensions.
