This virtual classroom seminar will examine what to expect when a client decides to sell land for a housing development, both from a legal and land agency perspective.

It will cover:

  • What to look out for in, and what might be missing from, Heads of Terms for the sale of land for residential development
  • The role of a land agent in complementing the legal advice you give
  • The legal drafting and due diligence required by a legal adviser
