Introduction

Orders made under Section 91(14) of the Children Act 1989 can restrain an individual from making an application under the Children Act 1989 without permission of the Court. Such orders can have a profound impact on any party to a case and therefore it is important that they are fully understood and only applied in appropriate cases.

This virtual classroom seminar will combine practical advice on the applicable procedure with key caselaw on the subject to offer you a rounded and detailed overview. The session will also draw upon the experience of the presenter and should help equip all family law practitioners in the field of private law children to fully understand these applications.
