Introduction
The COVID-19 pandemic, increasing natural catastrophes and the rapid growth of cybercrime have led to increased scrutiny of the meaning and operation of reinsurance contracts.
This webinar will consider the most recent cases of interest to reinsurers and reinsureds including the lessons to be learnt from the Supreme Court's decision in Financial Conduct Authortiy v. Arch & Others.
We will also review the different reinsurance structures and consider some of the areas of potential dispute.
