Introduction

This in-person seminar examines the standard clauses in commercial contracts that are usually ignored (or at least not understood) by many and shows how they can be used to leverage commercial advantage both in a negotiation and also within the lifespan of a contract.

The skills gained on this seminar can be used by delegates beyond the particular clauses examined on the day, as an innovative methodology is applied which can be used for many other clauses.
