Introduction
All residential valuers and surveyors are affected by new guidance on Japanese knotweed issued by RICS early in 2022.
This live session, which is presented by an acknowledged expert on the topic, the author of the guidance, will review the reasons why the new guidance has been issued, describe the new process which it introduces and explain the implications for inspections, valuations and reporting where residential properties are affected by Japanese knotweed.
