This webinar will provide an overview of the current state of play regarding the Insurance Distribution Directive, that became law in the UK in 2018, and ushered in a new regime regarding insurance that was more granular in its approach to choosing a relevant insurance solution to offer to clients, in those instances where we can do so within the FSMA regime.
