Introduction

As managers you will be aware of the challenges of motivating your team members. These challenges are magnified when you are not in the office together.

This virtual classroom seminar will provide a summary of best practice and explore all the skills needed to motivate your team when you are working remotely.

It is aimed at those working in professional firms from mid-level associates or managers upwards and from support managers to directors.

What You Will Learn

This live and interactive session will cover the following:

  • The motivation theories developed by eminent management gurus such as Hertzberg, Maslow, McClelland, Handy and Pink
  • How these theories of motivation apply to professional practice
  • A chance to complete a diagnostic to assess what motivates (and demotivates) you
  • The results of a survey carried out by more than a thousand lawyers on what motivates them
  • A review of what actions carried out by supervisors lead to demotivated team members
  • What specific actions supervisors can take to enhance levels of motivation, particularly while working remotely

Recording of live sessions: Soon after the Learn Live session has taken place you will be able to go back and access the recording - should you wish to revisit the material discussed.
