Introduction

This virtual classroom seminar will refresh and develop existing skills for professionals working in bilateral and syndicated lending. The live session will explore current market trends including greater moves towards transparent, new non-traditional lenders and their impact on documentation and standard practice.

Recent legislation and case law developments such as LIBOR reference rate replacements, ILA for third party security and their practical implications on the whole documentation process will also be discussed.
