Introduction

Conveyancing remains a high-risk practice area for firms. Many fee earners are supported by paralegals and secretarial staff and it is important for these staff to know the risks that conveyancing presents.

This 7 part webinar series will highlight the key risks and will provide an outline of some of the key stages in the conveyancing transaction.

Each online module is delivered in bite-sized slots of 30 minutes and will cover the key messages - and warning signs.

Module 1 - Taking Instructions & ‘Know Your Client’

This module will provide a basic introduction to the conveyancing process and how to take instructions from a new client and the importance of ‘Know Your Client’ procedures.
