Introduction

This new course will concentrate on the perpetually difficult topic of client care letters and other up-front client-facing correspondence.

It will explore new avenues and thoughts and attempt to discuss new methods of communicating key information to clients in more accessible ways.

The course is intended to provoke thoughts and ideas that may go some way to decreasing the burden of ‘client care letters’ of the old style. It should provoke and stimulate a new approach to client communication.
