The session will cover:
- Pleading the principle of fairness in immigration cases - a general overview
- A look at Bhandari & Anor v Secretary of State for the Home Department - the death knell for pleading fairness in PBS cases?
- A look at Pathan & Anor v Secretary of State for the Home Department - the impact of sponsor revocations on Tier 2 applicants
- A look at Balajigari v Secretary of State for the Home Department - procedural fairness in PBS and dishonesty cases, a glimmer of hope?
