A law firm, like any other business can be destroyed or severely debilitated by the occurrence of certain risks to its operations, with consequences for its clients, people, and owners. Business continuity planning therefore needs to be an essential part of a law firm’s management of its risks.

For business continuity planning to be effective, it is critical to identify and evaluate those risks which may cause business interruption, to prevent or minimise those risks and to plan how to respond and recover if a risk crystallises.

This virtual classroom seminar is designed to help practice managers and others with responsibility for operational business continuity in small to medium sized law firms to understand the processes which can employed to manage their business continuity risks.
