Introduction

The coming into force of the Fraud Act has coincided with a much greater focus by law enforcement, government and industry on financial crime; perhaps not unsurprisingly given that official statistics show that there are more victims of fraud than of any other offence type.

This seminar provides an introduction to the Act and covers the offences, the definitions and how it works in practice.
