This virtual classroom seminar will provide an introduction to the main intellectual property rights.

The session is intended to assist those new to IP by providing a basic understanding of what the rights are, what they cover and how they are protected.

Some of the ways of exploiting the various IP rights will be discussed together with the different litigation processes available to owners of IP.
