Introduction

Delivered over 5 modules, this 1-hour e-Learning programme will help you comply with the consumer credit landscape as it is today, in particular FCA requirements which apply to the collection of consumer credit agreements.

The Consumer Credit Sourcebook (‘CONC’) and relevant consumer credit legislation as it applies to different types of credit lenders, debt collectors and debt buyers will be covered.

Examples will be given as to what constitutes good, adequate or poor compliance supported by enforcement examples from the FCA.
