Introduction
This virtual classroom seminar will explore what happens when those imprisoned are transferred into hospital, released, or recalled under the Mental Health Act. Though this happens outside the criminal courts, it is frequently highly relevant to what happens in the court and is often of central importance to the client themselves.
Post-sentencing is an area that practitioners are often in the dark about and getting this wrong can result in your clients being misinformed so it is important to keep up to speed in this area. The live session will enable criminal practitioners to understand the processes and identify their impact on criminal proceedings.
What You Will Learn
This live broadcast will cover the following:

- What that means in practice
- The practical consequences of recall
