We tend to think of managers as the ones who identify and address underperformance, rather than being poor performers themselves.

However, there are occasions when it will be necessary to manage underperforming managers, and potentially this will involve navigating some difficult issues. This new virtual classroom seminar will explore what needs to be considered when a manager is performing poorly.

What You Will Learn
