The Key Accounts Coordinator plays a pivotal role by providing administration and co-ordination support to a small, experienced team who manage our Key Accounts and provide bespoke training solutions to our clients. The role is ideal for those with administration and customer service experience and in time may lead to progression into a Key Accounts Manager role.
Responsibilities
- Entering course bookings and enquiries on the company database
- Assisting with following up client enquiries both by email and over the phone
- Providing event information to speakers and clients
- Dealing with speaker and client queries
- Providing log-in support to clients on virtual events
- Assisting with diary management for the team
- Creating a monthly task list to enable planning and preparation of future events
- Liaising with other teams as necessary
- Assisting with additional tasks as necessary
Skills and experience
- Strong administration skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Professional and courteous telephone manner
- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task
- Excellent written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

About the Role
- Handling inbound telephone enquiries from our clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assisting with bookings, payments, and general enquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Liasing with our clients to establish their learning needs and matching them to an appropriate level of membership and / or subscription service.
- Providing walkthroughs of our learning platform with prospective clients, via MS Teams

Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the product development team in new product development initiatives
- Responsible for day to day liaison with speakers (existing and new) regarding speaking opportunities
- Extensive research into new products across all areas of law, accountancy and other professional service sectors with a small selection of sectors allocated
- Competitor analysis
- Producing well written, high quality programme outlines
- Implementing improvements and maintaining quality control for existing products
- Utilising the PD Matrix to ensure any gaps are filled for new programmes within your assigned sectors
- Maintaining accurate and up to date systems for product development
- Maintaining profitability targets when updating outlines to ensure it is a topic that meets commercial needs
- Ensuring that the product range is constantly evolving to meet identified market needs across all selling channels.
- Meeting both individual targets and contributing to the wider team targets
- Building internal relationships across departments and working closely with internal teams particularly Event Operations and Marketing
- Involved in developing online and face to face multi-speaker conferences and co-ordinating speaker availability and content with support from the dates team
Qualifications and Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research & analytical skills
- Good time management & organisational skills
- Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel and Outlook
- Prior experience in a legal, accountancy or other professional service firm may be beneficial
