Our company is built on a foundation of innovation, collaboration, and excellence, and we are looking for an individual who shares these values to join our fully remote team.

Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join us. You will be responsible for understanding the clients desired outcomes and ensuring these are realised through the successful adoption and utilisation of our products and services. The role includes:

  • Onboarding new clients to our subscription service.
  • Maintaining regular client contact and service reviews.
  • Ensuring client queries and concerns are proactively managed and quickly resolved.
  • Identifying clients at risk of non-renewal and implementing an effective retention plan.
  • Managing the client renewal process, working to renewal rate targets.
  • Using data to better understand client engagement, usage patterns and renewal blockers.
  • Keeping relevant systems updated with accurate information.
  • Achieving monthly CSM KPIs.
  • Working with our product teams to share customer insights that influence the product roadmap.
  • Working with our sales and marketing teams, highlighting potential business growth opportunities.

Additional Skills & Responsibilities

  • You communicate well both verbally and in writing, with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using technology and working with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Passion for customer success and delivering the highest levels of service.
  • Demonstrate resilience and tenacity, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a positive and pro-active manner in carrying out all tasks.
  • Continually aims for improvement and achievement of results.

Terms

  • Job type: Permanent
  • Salary: £32,000 per year
  • Hours: Hours are negotiable, full time and flexible hours are available
  • Location: Fully Remote/Home working
  • You must be UK resident with right to work
  • As well as a competitive salary we offer a discretionary annual bonus, long-service rewards, employee assistance programme, friendly and supportive team members
