Robert Stevenson

Robert is a highly experienced construction law specialist with over 25 years’ experience as an adjudicator, acting for parties since the introduction of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act and appearing as an advocate in numerous enforcement proceedings. He is also the co author of the well known text Construction Adjudication (2002).Robert has been a member on the TeCSA Committee for the past five years, including its adjudication sub committee, where he is involved in the appointment, regulation and oversight of TeCSA adjudicators, as well as the development of the rules governing TeCSA adjudications.
