Raymond Silverstein

Raymond heads the employment team at Browne Jacobson LLP and is recognised by the Legal 500, and has over 20 years of experience (in private practice and in house), providing timely and practical advice to employers on every type of Employment issue that can arise during the employment life cycle and in relation to employment-related reporting obligations on employers.

He is also joint head of the Employment Practices Group in Pangea Net, an international network of law firms Browne Jacobson co-founded.

Raymond leads on advising on modern slavery statements and on the employment law issues in addressing the Financial Conduct Authority’s regime as to non-financial misconduct.

He frequently publishes articles on employment law and modern slavery statements in professional and other publications. He was co-lead for Browne Jacobson in the joint project with the University of Nottingham on Transforming EDI practices in UK insurance (2023).
