Ollie Persey

Barrister at Garden Court Chambers, Ollie acts for children, young people and families in all forums where education law issues arise and frequently acts as sole or leading junior in complex and/or urgent cases in the Upper Tribunal, High Court and Court of Appeal. He acted in the two recent leading High Court cases on the duty to secure special educational provision in an Education, Health and Care Plan, obtaining mandatory orders in each.
