Nicky qualified as a Chartered Accountant with an international accountancy firm. She has over 15 years of training experience. Nicky's particular areas of expertise are commercial and financial awareness and business skills. She manages and delivers bespoke training programmes for a wide range of clients. Nicky is experienced in the use of psychometric tools and frequently applies these in the design and facilitation of team and coaching sessions.
