Lyndsey has over 20 years experience dealing with a wide range of commercial property matters having worked in both private practice and in house for both a Unitary and a Distrct Council. Transactions including; landlord and tenant matters, sales and purchases of commercial property and land and property matters of local authorities, and Electronic Communications Code agreements/leases. She has extensive knowledge of local authority requirements in dealing with property transactions for example public open space requirements.
