Holman Fenwick Willan. Katherine has extensive knowledge of construction and engineering law, and has wide ranging experience both domestically and overseas. Katherine is frequently asked to advise on construction contract documents, including drafting and negotiating building contracts, consultancy appointments, collateral warranties and other security documents. Katherine is a member of the Technology and Construction Solicitors' Association, Society of Construction Law, Adjudication Society and the National Association of Women in Construction.
