Julien Haye is the Founder and Managing Director of Aevitium Ltd, an independent risk and compliance advisory firm specialising in governance, non-financial risk, operational resilience and risk culture. With more than 25 years' international experience in financial services, Julien has held senior risk leadership roles, including Chief Risk Officer and Global Head of Non-Financial Risk & Operational Resilience. He has worked across banking, asset management, fintech and payment institutions, advising Boards and executive teams on governance, regulatory compliance and strategic risk management.Julien is the author of The Risk Within: Psychological Safety for Strategic Decision-Making and the forthcoming Resilient Risk Management. He is a recognised trainer for Risk.net and other international professional education providers, delivering programmes on operational resilience, ICAAP, non-financial risk, governance and risk leadership.
