Julia Walden, MA Hons, CMgr, MCMI, Eversheds Sutherland LLP. Julia is a specialist in the field of credit management for law firms with two books to her credit, the first of which earned her Credit Product of the Year 2002. Julia has worked on both the fee earning side and the finance side and has wide-ranging knowledge on the end to end procedures. Julia has experience of post contractual implementation and subsequent re-integration of outsourced credit control within the legal sector. She specialises in providing training for fee earners, credit managers and credit control teams to help maximise their firms working capital.
