James Garner is the founder of Project Flux, a platform dedicated to exploring the intersection of AI, data and technology with the built environment. He is a member of the RICS working panel that helped develop the Responsible Use of AI guidance and regularly speaks at industry events on how surveyors and built environment professionals can practically apply emerging technologies.
