Freya has over 15 years’ experience advising both suppliers and customers in relation to troubled IT projects and IT disputes and has represented clients in some of the largest IT cases to go before the UK courts and arbitral tribunals in recent years. As part of Bristows’ commercial disputes team, she specialises in advising on all aspects of technically complex conflicts arising out of commercial contracts, including providing clients with strategic and risk-management advice at the pre-action stage as well as supporting clients through formal proceedings. Freya's clients range from international outsourcing providers, multi-national PLCs and government departments to SMEs.
