David Cotterell

David Cotterell was, for over 25 years, a director of Savills affordable housing valuation team and was instrumental in helping develop the valuation methodologies by which affordable housing property is valued. He is a Chartered Surveyor and principal of W H Cotterell & Son. He is also a barrister in private practice being a tenant at Albion Chambers in Bristol, where he specialises in real estate. He sits as a Valuer Chair of the First Tier Tribunal – Property Chamber.
