She successfully negotiates the division of capital assets and wealth on divorce, securing or resisting claims for spousal maintenance, and advising on pension sharing. Danelle has also successfully enforced financial remedy orders, obtained judgment summons orders, and challenged single joint expert evidence within financial remedy proceedings. She also advises on both pre- and post-nuptial agreements together with advising unmarried couples on property disputes under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA). She also advises clients on child arrangements following separation and divorce.
