Clara Hilger

Clara specialises in all aspects of property law, with a particular interest in landlord and tenant (both residential and commercial), real property disputes, land registration and rating law. Before coming to the Bar she spent a year as a Research Assistant at the Law Commission where she worked on the consultation regarding the right to renew business tenancies under Part 2 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954. She is pursuing a doctorate in jurisprudence at the University of Kent.
