Chris Mallon

Chris is an employment and discrimination law specialist. He has practiced almost exclusively in this area since being called to the Bar. He has experience in the full spectrum of employment claims including disability discrimination, victimisation, harassment, unfair and constructive dismissal, whistleblowing, sex, age, religious and political belief discrimination, TUPE and trade union detriment.
