Allister McManus

Trade Mark Attorney at Elkington and Fife LLP, Allister is a Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and an authorised representative at the UKIPO, with over 15 years’ experience in the field of trade marks. He has been a member of CITMA, the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys, since 2008, qualifying in 2011. The majority of Allister’s work focuses primarily on contentious matters, i.e. opposition and pre-litigation disputes, including negotiating settlements and overcoming complex trade mark examination objections. He also has an interest in US trade marks and how to best assist UK businesses in the US and he has contributed written articles on the subject as well as general best practice trade mark advice for business in the UK and EU.
