Alex Rosenfield

Alex is a Partner at Fenchurch Law specialising in insurance disputes for policyholders in the Construction & Property Risks team, and has a particular focus on high-value, complex property damage claims.A significant amount of Alex’s caseload involves disputes under the Insurance Act 2015 – often in relation to alleged breaches of the duty of fair presentation and breaches of policy condition. In June 2024, he was quoted in a piece by Commercial Risk: “Courts yet to test key aspects of Insurance Act”. Alex is a member of the Society of Construction Law, the British Insurance Law Association and the London Business Interruption Association. He has also been awarded Higher Rights of Audience, enabling representation of clients in the higher courts.
