Upcoming Changes to the UK’s Cyber Security Law - The Cyber Security and Resilience Bill
Introduction
The Cyber Security and Resilience Bill is set to overhaul cyber security regulation in the UK through updates to the UK’s NIS Regulations. New sectors will be brought into scope, incident reporting obligations will be expanded, and penalties of up to 4% of worldwide turnover will be introduced. This session will unpack the proposed changes and the uplift to the existing regime.
