Introduction

The Global Talent visa has become one of the UK's most attractive immigration routes for leaders and emerging leaders across a wide range of professional fields. Offering flexibility, freedom from sponsorship and an accelerated route to settlement for many applicants, it is increasingly viewed as the preferred alternative to sponsored work routes where the eligibility criteria can be met.

While the Immigration Rules themselves are relatively concise, successful applications depend upon far more than simply satisfying the wording of Appendix Global Talent.
