This webinar will provide an overview of the key issues to consider when drafting a will for a client to ensure that their wishes are fully reflected and effective.

As well as looking at the various types of clauses to consider when preparing a will, it will also briefly consider testamentary capacity, execution of a will and the importance of preparing a thorough attendance note.
