Introduction

This full day course will provide anyone who is likely to be involved or is interested in getting involved in rural arbitration with a complete overview of the procedures involved, the statutes covering rural arbitrations, the duties and powers of the arbitrator and the duties and obligations of the parties.

Presented by a rural chartered surveyor and arbitrator, the course will also cover some helpful advice on how to deal with interlocutory matters leading up to the hearing, how to prepare for the hearing and what to do after an award is made.
