  • Proprietary injunctions to protect claims by insolvency practitioners
  • Expert evidence

What You Will Learn

This live and interactive course will cover the following:

  • Key developments in corporate and personal insolvency law
  • Significant authorities in the last 2 years
  • How best to deploy the new authorities
  • What constitutes acting for the ‘purpose of carrying on’ the company’s business for the purposes of section 238(5) Insolvency Act 1986?
  • Is an insolvency practitioner entitled to a proprietary injunction rather than just a freezing injunction to protect a potential claim?
  • How late is a ‘very late’ application to adduce expert evidence?

Recording of live sessions: Soon after the Learn Live session has taken place you will be able to go back and access the recording - should you wish to revisit the material discussed.
