Introduction

Many organisations, particularly those in financial services and their supply chains, are already subject to ESG reporting and disclosure obligations which also apply to AI development and deployment activities.

For other organisations, global responsible AI benchmarks require the implementation of appropriate standards and transparency around compliance, including in relation to human rights and responsible business practices.
