Introduction

Conveyancers now have to deal regularly with deeds of variation of leases. There have been recent changes which mean that we might not need them in some cases - but despite this, lenders are still asking for them.

There are still plenty of cases where a deed of variation will be needed. There is a significant risk for the unwary if the desire is to change the term of the lease. Ensuring that the drafting is correct is only one of a number of concerns. Note that this webinar will not cover detailed drafting issues.

Anything new to a conveyancer represents a risk and this webinar will cover some of the key practice points that the conveyancer should consider.
