Preventing Harassment of Neurodiverse Employees
Speaker
Introduction
Around 15% of individuals in the UK are thought to be neurodiverse, experiencing a range of different conditions. These conditions can cause challenges for neurodiverse people as they navigate the workplace and this can lead to comments or behaviours from others that amount to harassment.
The behaviours or comments might not be intended to cause offence, but if they have the purpose or effect of violating an individual’s dignity or causing an unpleasant environment, they could amount to harassment.
This bite-sized webinar is aimed at HR professionals, managers and employment law advisers seeking to better understand and prevent harassment of neurodiverse employees.
