Navigating the Innovator Visa Route - Top Tips for Success
The Innovator visa replaces the previous Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa. This route is contained within a brand-new non-points-based Appendix W of the Immigration Rules.
This new route, unlike its predecessor, requires an endorsement from an approved endorsing body before the actual visa application can be made. The endorsing bodies must follow Home Office guidance before they can provide an endorsement. This can present a challenge to applicants who will have to follow a two-stage approach to obtaining their visa.
This webinar will provide you with an in-depth knowledge of the Innovator Visa route, allowing you to navigate through the various steps of making a successful application. It will consider the relevant immigration rules, policy guidance and the guidance to endorsing bodies.
