MTD for ITSA - The First Year Reviewed
Speaker
Introduction
With the first year’s quarterly update deadlines now behind us, what have advisers and their clients learned from Making Tax Digital (MTD) for income tax?
This virtual classroom seminar reviews experiences from the first year of mandatory MTD and considers the practical priorities ahead. With the regime now extended to those with qualifying income over £30,000 from April 2027, it will also explore how lessons from the first cohort can help advisers support newly mandated clients.
The session will be of interest to anyone involved in clients’ day-to-day tax compliance, offering practical guidance on managing the next reporting cycle and preparing for the first year-end finalisation under MTD.
