The ability to inspire existing charity supporters and recruit new ones is a major challenge, not least with the higher standards of donor care fundraisers are aspiring to. The introduction of the Fundraising Regulator in 2016, the FPS and the implementation of the GDPR in May 2018 all mean that charities have to make the most of all their channels, especially digital.

This half day course will share practical ideas on what kind of social media images to create and which free/low cost tools to use to create them. It will also cover tips on how to post them, re-use them and measure their effectiveness.

The course is aimed at charity fundraising and communications staff.

Please note that delegates are requested to bring either a smartphone or laptop to the course.
