Forensics at the Police Station - An Introduction

This webinar is aimed at those new to providing legal advice to suspects at the police station stage of proceedings where forensic issues may be raised.

An understanding of Code D of the Codes of Practice under PACE is required and also the relevant sections of PACE.

This 30 minute webinar will concentrate on how best to advise a client when requests are being made of him of a forensic nature.
