Introduction

The FCA have been using their powers to ban financial promotions more regularly in recent months. This, together with feedback from the FCA, paints a detailed picture of the regulatory expectations.

Sector specific rules remain important and now must be matched with the overarching requirements communicated by the regulator. This virtual classroom seminar will make sense of the ever evolving landscape, helping you to understand the myriad of requirements and plot your route to compliance.

Examples will be given as to what constitutes good, adequate, or poor compliance.

The session is suitable for financial services professionals with responsibility for creating or reviewing financial promotions in relation to regulated products.
